  • Do Z Shoes fit to standard size?

    Z Shoes run about a 1/2 size smaller than standard sizing.  For example, if  you typically order a size 9 1/2 shoe, be sure to order a size 10.

  • Do Z Shoes come in any smaller or larger sizes than are listed on your website?

    For our first run, we only have the sizes listed in stock - but we hope to have smaller and larger sizes coming in 2017.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! But please note that we are based in San Francisco, California.  So international order will cost more than standard shipping and we appreciate your patience with delivery time.


  • Where else can I buy Z's?

    You can buy your Z's right here! (Yep, that’s it. Just here online for now.)

  • What's your return/exchange policy?

    Z Shoes purchased on this site may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. Z Shoes does not cover return shipping costs or services. All returns must be accompanied by the below information. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5 business days from receipt.
